Important Notes
Always use bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator. Most peptides remain stable for 2-4 weeks when properly stored. This calculator is for research and educational purposes only.
Formula & Methodology
Formula. Concentration (µg/mL) = peptide mass (µg) ÷ solvent volume (mL). Dose volume (mL) = desired dose (µg) ÷ concentration (µg/mL). Available doses = peptide mass (µg) ÷ desired dose (µg).
Method. Add the calculated solvent volume slowly down the vial wall onto the lyophilized cake, swirl gently until fully dissolved (avoid vigorous shaking), and verify complete dissolution before use. Store reconstituted solutions refrigerated (2–8 °C) unless the supplier's documentation states otherwise.
