Why Plan On/Off Cycles?
Give the System a Reset

Research protocols often include on/off periods so the body can return toward baseline between phases. A clear schedule removes guesswork about when each phase starts and ends.

Consistency Beats Memory

Writing exact dates down prevents drift — missed doses, shortened breaks, or accidentally overlapping cycles are far less likely when the calendar is set up front.

Note: a planner is a scheduling tool, not a protocol recommendation. Any cycle design should follow the specific compound's documented research protocol.
Building a Sensible Schedule
  • 1Match cycle length to the compound — short half-life peptides often use shorter cycles; long-acting ones, longer ones.
  • 2Give the break room to breathe — a break of at least a few weeks lets blood levels drop and effects wash out.
  • 3Log everything — doses, dates, and observations across cycles make your data far more useful than any single cycle.
Tip: before starting any new cycle, allow enough time since the last dose of the previous compound — its half-life drives how long it stays in the system.
